These Terms and Conditions apply to this website, the Leesha mobile application, and to the transactions related to our products and services. You may be bound by additional agreements relating to your relationship with us or to any products or services that you receive from us. If any provisions of those agreements conflict with these Terms, the provisions of those agreements will control.

By registering with, accessing, or otherwise using this website or our mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Your use of either platform implies your knowledge and acceptance of these Terms. In some cases, we may also ask you to explicitly agree.

By using our website or mobile app, or communicating with us by electronic means, you consent to receive communications from us electronically. These communications will be provided via email or posted on our platforms, satisfying any legal requirements that such communications be in writing.

8. Refund and Return Policy
8.1 Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Notify us clearly (via post or email). We will confirm receipt without delay.
8.2 Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will refund payments received, including delivery costs (excluding upgrades), using the original payment method, unless agreed otherwise. Refunds are issued within 14 days of your withdrawal notice.
If service delivery began before withdrawal, you must pay proportionally for the service rendered.
Some products/services are exempt from withdrawal by law. We will notify you where applicable.
9. Idea Submission
Do not submit intellectual property unless we have agreed in writing. If you do submit it, you grant us a worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it.
10. Termination of Use
We may suspend or terminate your access to the website or app at any time, without liability. You agree not to attempt to circumvent such actions.
11. Mobile App Usage
By downloading and using the Leesha mobile application, you agree to the following:
Platform Access: The app allows users to browse vendors, place orders, make payments, and track deliveries. Access may require account registration.
Device Compatibility: While we aim for wide compatibility, we are not responsible for issues arising from specific device or OS limitations.
Data Collection: The mobile app collects personal data necessary to facilitate transactions (e.g., name, phone number, delivery location). See our Privacy Policy for more.
App Updates: We may release updates and patches. You are encouraged to install updates to ensure continued access and security.
Third-Party Services: Features like payment gateways or map services in the app may involve third parties. You agree to their respective terms.
