Vendor Policy

This Vendor Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all vendors selling products on Leesha (“the platform”).
By registering as a vendor on Leesha, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to Leesha’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Vendor Eligibility
To sell on Leesha, vendors must:
Be legally permitted to sell food products in their operating location
Comply with all applicable food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
Provide accurate and truthful business and contact information
Leesha may request documentation to verify compliance.
2. Product Listings
Vendors must:
Upload clear, accurate descriptions of cakes and products
Use real images or videos of their own work
Clearly state sizes, ingredients, flavors, and customization options
Disclose any potential allergens where applicable
Misleading listings may be removed without notice.
3. Orders & Fulfillment
Vendors are responsible for:
Accepting and fulfilling orders in a timely manner
Preparing products to the agreed specifications
Ensuring proper packaging for delivery or pickup
Communicating promptly with customers regarding order updates or issues
Repeated fulfillment failures may result in suspension.
4. Food Safety & Hygiene
Vendors must:
Follow local food safety and hygiene standards
Use safe, fresh, and appropriate ingredients
Maintain clean preparation and storage environments
Leesha is not responsible for food safety violations committed by vendors.
5. Pricing & Fees
Vendors set their own product prices
Leesha charges a platform service fee per completed order
Applicable fees will be deducted before vendor payouts
Fees may change with prior notice
6. Payments & Payouts
Payouts are processed through Leesha’s approved payment partners
Vendors must provide accurate payout information
Delays caused by incorrect payout details are the vendor’s responsibility
7. Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes
Custom-made products are typically non-refundable once production begins
Vendors must clearly communicate their cancellation and refund terms
Leesha may assist in dispute resolution but is not obligated to issue refunds
8. Content & Intellectual Property
Vendors retain ownership of their uploaded content
Vendors grant Leesha a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use content for platform display, marketing, and promotion
Vendors confirm they have rights to all uploaded content
9. Vendor Conduct
Vendors must not:
Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
Upload offensive or illegal content
Circumvent platform fees or payment systems
Contact customers outside the platform for order manipulation
10. Reviews & Ratings
Customers may leave reviews based on their experience
Vendors may not manipulate, falsify, or pressure customers for reviews
Leesha reserves the right to remove abusive or fake reviews
11. Suspension & Termination
Leesha may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:
Repeated customer complaints
Policy violations
Failure to meet platform standards
Legal or regulatory non-compliance
Termination decisions are final.
12. Policy Updates
Leesha may update this Vendor Policy from time to time.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
