Leesha Child Safety and Age Restriction Policy

Leesha is committed to protecting the safety, privacy, and rights of children and minors. This policy outlines our guidelines regarding who may use our platform, how we handle minors’ data, and our safety standards for all users.
1. Age Restriction
Leesha is intended for use by individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
If you are under the age of 18, you must not register or make purchases on the platform without the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Sellers must also be at least 18 years old to apply and operate a vendor account on Leesha.
2. Parental Guidance for Minors
Children or teenagers under 18 may browse products or assist with orders under adult supervision.
Parents or guardians are responsible for monitoring minors’ activity on the platform and ensuring their safety while using Leesha.
3. Protection of Children’s Information
Leesha does not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete it promptly.

4. Content Safety
Leesha prohibits the listing of any product or content that is explicit, harmful, or inappropriate for children.
Any seller found listing or promoting unsafe or age-inappropriate items will be immediately suspended or removed from the platform.
5. Delivery Safety
When delivering to households with children, Sellers and delivery partners are expected to:
Act respectfully and professionally.
Avoid any conduct that could compromise a child’s safety or well-being.
All deliveries should be received by an adult (18+). Leesha encourages buyers to ensure that an adult is present to receive food deliveries.
6. Reporting Concerns
We take child safety seriously. If you observe any suspicious behavior or believe that a minor is at risk due to activity on our platform, report it immediately:
